Ing. Kateřina Nováková
Trainer and Managing Director
When you meet Katka, you will discover a deeply empathetic person and an experienced trainer whose passion for personal development is infectious. She gained much of her experience and skill in companies where working with people was part of everyday life. She has experienced being one of the few women in the construction industry and leading a predominantly male team. She developed her sales skills through more than seven years of active communication with sales representatives, managers and senior leaders.
Katka has travelled to more than 40 countries and spent almost eight years abroad. During that time, she gained extensive experience working with people across cultures. Her travels also took her to several improvisation festivals, including Improfest in Kraków and the Impro Festival in Berlin.
She currently devotes her free time to training in Daseinsanalytic psychotherapy, an approach concerned with preserving authentic and natural human realities, experiences and values while encouraging a renewed sense of human freedom and responsibility.
Katka is also continuing her education at the Prague College of Psychosocial Studies.

Kristýna Tabačíková
Content Manager
Týna is passionate about journalism. She has worked as a proofreader and website copywriter and is currently studying sociology at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University in Prague. She has been involved in music and singing since early childhood. While studying the Werbeck singing method, she discovered how important voice training is for effective communication in both personal and professional life. Personal development and communication subsequently became favourite subjects in her writing as well.
She currently works at Impact Hub Prague. Communicating with clients and ensuring that events run smoothly has taught her to manage stress, communicate proactively and improvise when finding solutions.
She began honing her organizational skills in 2016 as one of the lead organisers of a children’s Olympics, promoting the motto: play for the sake of the game, not for victory. Her many years of tutoring children have confirmed for her that intrinsic motivation is irreplaceable in learning and personal development.
My computer is full of documents with poems hidden inside. I wrote my first poem when I was three. When I struggled with mathematics in high school, I wrote poems about mathematics. Writing is the most natural way for me to express myself.
